Our Swan Adapter is made of thick cast stainless steel. Because it places your turbo up high with the exhaust flange horizontal, it makes fitment of bigger turbos much easier in almost any engine bay. See last photo of a Holset HX35 in a W210.
 
It has the Mercedes triangle found on the OM606, OM605 and OM602 2.9 on one end, and a T3/T4 flange, which most Holset, Garret and Borg Warner turbos generally used on these engines have.
